Formula Bliss

At Formula Bliss, each product is made to order with care. Because of our print-on-demand production model, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please review our policy below for full details.

1. Return Eligibility

We gladly offer refunds or replacements for items that meet the following criteria:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Misprinted due to production error

  • Defective or faulty

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Report an Issue

To request a refund or replacement, contact us at support@formulabliss.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

3. Refunds or Replacements

If your request is approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost, OR

  • Issue a full refund to your original method of payment

The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and your preference.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for the following:

  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping address provided during checkout

  • Wrong size or variant selected by the customer

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs

5. Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production. If you need to update your order, please reach out within a few hours of purchase, and we’ll do our best to assist.
